By using the website, the user confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of this Agreement.

1. Purpose of the Website

DWIGER Parts provides a catalogue of automotive components, including carbon-fiber elements, body kits, forged wheels, exhaust systems, interior parts, and other products intended for vehicle tuning and customization.

The information published on the website is intended to present the available products, their specifications, and possible ordering options.

2. Product Information

DWIGER Parts makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, and product specifications. However, the color, texture, shape, and appearance of certain products may differ slightly from the images shown on the website.

Product images may show items after installation, painting, or additional modification. Vehicles, wheels, and other components shown in the images are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

3. Product Compatibility

Before placing an order, the customer must provide the exact vehicle model, model year, version, and VIN where this information is required to verify compatibility.

DWIGER Parts is not responsible for an incorrect product selection where the customer has provided incomplete or inaccurate vehicle information or has ordered the product without prior compatibility verification.

4. Custom-Made and Special-Order Products

Certain products are manufactured or ordered specifically for a particular vehicle, configuration, size, color, material, or customer requirement.

The production conditions, estimated lead time, price, deposit, and cancellation terms for such products are agreed individually before the order is confirmed.

5. Product Installation

The installation of certain components may require professional equipment, adjustment, modification of mounting points, connection to the vehicle's electrical system, painting, or additional adaptation.

DWIGER Parts recommends that products be installed by qualified professionals. Professional installation may be arranged at Dwiger Automotive by prior agreement.

The company is not responsible for damage, faults, or vehicle malfunctions resulting from incorrect installation, unauthorized modification of the product, or installation by third parties contrary to technical requirements.

6. Use of Automotive Brand Names

The names of manufacturers, vehicle models, and trademarks are used on the website solely for identification, compatibility, and product-description purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the products are not official products of the relevant vehicle manufacturer and do not imply any official affiliation, approval, endorsement, or cooperation with the respective trademark owner.

7. Intellectual Property
